While recognition like this is appreciated, it really reflects the people and teams I’ve had the privilege to work alongside throughout my career in software testing. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with talented, passionate professionals who care deeply about quality, delivery, innovation, and supporting one another through challenging projects.

Some of the work I’m proudest of has never been about technology, it has been about building teams, mentoring people, creating opportunities, and helping others grow into leadership roles of their own.
